Learner Spotlight - Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare

In this month's Learner Spotlight we wanted to focus on 3 of our learners who are doing an exceptional job.
Sharron Edwards, Natalie Murphy, and Eileen Brahaj all work for Smoothstone Care and are working towards their Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
Despite generally working night shifts which can sometimes present challenges, Sharron, Natalie and Eileen have done a fantastic job. Their Assessor Kim, described them as ' the best bunch of night workers I’ve ever known'
She also said 'They are enthusiastic and they take opportunities for their Diploma by requesting and going onto day work tasks'
We feel that Sharron, Natalie and Eileen are a credit to Smoothstone Care and we are proud to have them as learners at CAN Training.

CAN Training have been shortlisted as finalists for an Excellence in Customer service award at the South Cheshire Chamber of commerce annual business awards. The black tie event will be held on the 19th of November where the winners will be announced. Wish us luck!
