Do you need an Independent Visitor to your setting?
Regulation 44 Visit in accordance with: The Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
Each residential children's setting is required to have a monthly visit and a detailed report to comply with this legislation. The visitor must be suitably qualified and experienced and also impartial. The visit focusses primarily on the well being and safeguarding of the children and young people who are accommodated there. Can Training are offering this service. The report is a developmental tool for the organisation as well as an information tool for Ofsted. It can also be shared with placing authorities.
